Shipment Status Analytics

The Shipment Status Analytics section gives you a breakdown of shipment statuses over time, helping you monitor overall delivery health and identify trends.

30-day status breakdown (%)

A stacked bar chart showing the percentage breakdown of shipment statuses each day. Switch the view using the dropdown:

View	Description
Delivered / Non-delivered	Compares delivered shipments against all undelivered ones
Pending / Non-pending	Highlights the proportion of shipments still waiting for a carrier scan
Problem / Normal	Shows the share of shipments with exceptions or failed attempts
Picked up / Not picked up	Compares shipments already picked up by the carrier vs. those that haven't been

Use this chart to track your delivery rate trend over time and quickly spot if a larger-than-usual proportion of shipments are experiencing issues.

A bar chart showing the daily count of shipments by status over the last 30 days.

Each bar is broken down by status:

Status	Color
Pending	Yellow
Info received	Purple
In transit	Blue
Out for delivery	Teal
Delivered	Green
Exception	Orange
Failed attempt	Pink
Expired	Grey

Hover over any bar to see the exact count for each status on that date.

Use this chart to:

• Spot sudden spikes in exceptions or failed attempts
• Identify days with unusually high pending volumes
• Monitor the overall ratio of delivered vs. undelivered shipments over time
