Carriers Supporting Estimated Delivery Information
The carriers listed below support estimated delivery information through the Track123 API.
Estimated delivery data is returned through fields such as expectedDelivery and expectedDeliveryTime when this information is available from the carrier.
Data Availability
Support for estimated delivery information does not mean that the fields will contain a value for every shipment.
Track123 retrieves estimated delivery information directly from the carrier. The availability of this data depends on whether the carrier provides an estimate for the specific shipment at the time of the tracking update.
As a result, expectedDelivery and expectedDeliveryTime can be null even for carriers included in the supported carrier list.
This can vary based on factors including:
The shipping service used
The shipment’s origin and destination
The current shipment status
The carrier’s estimation rules
The data currently available through the carrier’s tracking service
A null value does not indicate an API error. It means that the carrier did not provide estimated delivery information for that shipment at the time the tracking data was retrieved.
Track123 does not independently calculate or generate the values returned in expectedDelivery or expectedDeliveryTime.

Example API Response
When the carrier provides an estimated delivery date, the response may include values similar to the following:
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do some shipments from the same carrier have an estimated delivery date while others do not?
Carriers may calculate delivery estimates only for certain shipping services, routes, destinations, or shipment statuses. Availability can therefore vary between shipments handled by the same carrier.
Will a delivered shipment always contain an estimated delivery date?
No. Once a shipment has been delivered, some carriers may stop returning the previous estimated delivery date or may never have provided one.
Can Track123 enable the estimated delivery date for a specific carrier or shipment?
Track123 can return the estimate only when it is available from the carrier’s tracking service. We cannot manually enable or generate carrier-provided estimated delivery information.
Can the estimated delivery date change?
Yes. The carrier may revise the estimate as the shipment progresses. The value returned by the Track123 API reflects the latest estimate available from the carrier at the time of the tracking update.
