Billing FAQ

What happens when I upgrade my plan?

Upgrades take effect immediately. Your used quota stays the same, and your available quota updates to the new plan's quota. Your billing cycle does not change — we automatically calculate a prorated fee for the remaining days in your current cycle.

How will I be billed when I upgrade?

We calculate a prorated fee based on the remaining days in your billing cycle.

Example: If you sign up on May 1 for the $9 Pro plan, you are billed $9 immediately. If on May 15 you upgrade to the $49 plan, then on June 1 you will be billed $54. This includes $49 for the renewal, plus a $5 prorated adjustment for the half-month difference between the two plans.

What happens when I downgrade my plan?

The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your current plan and quota remain active until the cycle ends. Downgrades do not generate refunds.

How do I cancel my plan?

Switch to the free Starter plan from the Pricing page. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Can I get a refund if I cancel early?

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.

Will my tracking data be lost if I cancel?

No. Your existing tracking numbers will continue to update normally and your tracking data will be retained even after switching to the Free plan.

Note: New tracking numbers will not be synced until you upgrade your plan again.

What happens if I reach my quota before the billing cycle ends?

Once your quota is used up, new tracking numbers cannot be added automatically. You can either upgrade your plan or continue at the overage rate:

  • Pro plan ($9–$99/month): $0.04 per extra shipment

  • Advanced plan ($129+/month): $0.02 per extra shipment
