Upgrade your plan

1. Go to Pricing in the left navigation
2. Select the plan you want to upgrade to
3. Click Choose Pro or Choose Advanced
4. The upgrade takes effect immediately

Quota

Quota is the unit of consumption in Track123. Your remaining quota and total quota are shown at the top of the Pricing page as Remaining / Total.

How quota is counted

• Each newly synced tracking number consumes 1 quota, regardless of how many status updates it receives

What happens when quota runs out

Once your quota is exhausted:

• On the Starter plan: new tracking numbers cannot be added. Upgrade to a paid plan to continue
• On Pro and Advanced plans: you can continue tracking at an overage rate — $0.04 per extra shipment on Pro, $0.02 on Advanced
