Add shipment online

You can manually add shipment directly from the Shipment page without using the API or uploading a file.

Steps

1. Go to Shipment in the left navigation
2. Click Add shipment in the top-right corner
3. Select the carrier and fill in the tracking numbers
4. Click Confirm to create the shipment

Notes

• Adding a shipment consumes 1 quota.
• Once added, the shipment will appear in the Shipment list with a Pending status until the carrier registers the first scan.
