Filter & Search

The Shipment page provides flexible filtering and search tools to help you quickly locate the shipments you need.

Search

Use the search bar at the top of the shipment list to find shipments by a specific identifier. Click the dropdown on the left side of the search bar to switch between search modes:

Search mode	Description
Tracking number	Search by carrier-assigned tracking number
Order number	Search by your internal order reference
Email	Search by customer email address
Custom1 / Custom2	Search by your custom field values
Remark	Search by internal notes
Last event	Search by the latest tracking checkpoint description

Batch Search

To search for multiple shipments at once, click Batch Search in the toolbar:

• Manual search — paste or type multiple tracking numbers directly
• Search via CSV — upload a CSV file containing the identifiers you want to look up

Filters

Use the filter bar below the search bar to narrow down shipments across multiple dimensions simultaneously.

Quick filters

The following filters are available directly in the filter bar:

Filter	Description
Date	Filter by shipment creation date range
Status	Filter by one or more tracking statuses
Tag	Filter by custom tags applied to shipments
Carrier	Filter by carrier (e.g. UPS, USPS, FedEx)
Origin	Filter by departure country
Destination	Filter by delivery country

Filter	Description
Date	Filter by shipment creation date range
Status	Filter by one or more tracking statuses
Tag	Filter by custom tags applied to shipments
Not tagged with	Exclude shipments that have a specific tag
Carrier	Filter by carrier (e.g. UPS, USPS, FedEx)
Origin	Filter by departure country
Destination	Filter by delivery country
Order created at	Filter by when the original order was placed
Carrier pickup	Filter by when the carrier picked up the shipment
Order fulfilled at	Filter by when the order was fulfilled
Delivery time	Filter by when the shipment was delivered
Carrier pickup days	Filter by days from creation to carrier pickup
Days without update	Filter by how long since the last tracking update
Transit time	Filter by total transit duration
Source	Filter by how the shipment was imported (API, CSV, Web, Store)

Sort

Click Sort in the toolbar to change the order shipments are displayed. Available sort fields:

• Order number
• Shipment created at (default)
• Order created at
• Order fulfilled at
• Carrier pickup days
• Delivery time
• Last update time

Toggle between Oldest to newest and Newest to oldest for each field.

Save a view

Once you have configured filters you use regularly, click Save view to save the current filter combination as a named view. Saved views appear as tabs at the top of the shipment list for quick access.
