Shipment Overview

The Shipment page is your central hub for managing and monitoring all tracked shipments. Every tracking number you add — whether via API, CSV import, or manual entry — appears here as a shipment record.

Shipment list

Each shipment in the list displays the following information:

Column	Description
Tracking number	The carrier-assigned tracking number
Order fulfilled at	The time the order was fulfilled in your store
Status	Current standardized tracking status
Order number	Your internal order reference
Sub status	More granular description of the current status
Carrier	Detected carrier with logo
Origin / Destination	Departure and delivery country
Shipment created at	Time the shipment was added to Track123
Order created at	Time the original order was created

Status tabs

The top of the Shipment page shows tabs that filter shipments by status. This lets you quickly focus on shipments that need attention:

Tab	What it shows
All	Every shipment in your account
Exception	Shipments with abnormal events requiring attention
Failed attempt	Delivery was attempted but not completed
Pending	Tracking number added but no carrier scan yet
In transit	Shipments actively moving through the carrier network
Delivered	Successfully delivered shipments
Out for delivery	Shipments on the final delivery vehicle
Info received	Carrier has acknowledged the shipment
Expired	No tracking update received for an extended period

You can also create custom tabs using saved filters. Click + next to the existing tabs to add one.

Filters

Use the filter bar to narrow down shipments by multiple dimensions simultaneously:

• Date — filter by shipment creation date or order date
• Status — filter by one or more tracking statuses
• Tag — filter by custom tags you've applied to shipments
• Carrier — filter by specific carriers (e.g. UPS, USPS, FedEx)
• Origin — filter by the country the shipment was sent from
• Destination — filter by the delivery country
• More filters — access additional filter options

Click Save view to preserve a filter combination as a reusable view.

Search

Use the search bar to look up shipments by tracking number. Switch the search mode between Tracking number and other identifiers using the dropdown on the left of the search bar.

Use Batch Search to look up multiple tracking numbers at once.
