Connect a Store

The Store page lets you connect your e-commerce store to Track123. Once connected, fulfilled orders are automatically imported as shipments — no manual CSV uploads or API calls required.

Steps

1. Go to Store in the left navigation
2. Click Add store
3. Select your platform (Shoplazza, BigCommerce, or Shopline)
4. Follow the on-screen authorization instructions to connect your store
5. Once connected, your store will appear in the Store list with its platform and last import time

After connecting, Track123 automatically imports fulfilled orders from the last 14 days as a one-time sync. Going forward, new fulfilled orders are imported automatically in real time.

Note: Orders imported from before your Track123 registration date do not consume quota.
