Additional Text

The Additional Text section lets you add custom content above the order lookup section on your tracking page. Use this to display announcements, promotions, shipping policy reminders, or any other information you want customers to see before they track their order.

Add or edit additional text

1. Go to Tracking Page in the left navigation
2. Find the Additional text section
3. Click Customize
4. Enter your content in the editor
5. Save your changes

HTML with hyperlinks is supported, so you can include formatted text, links to your store, or other rich content.

Example use cases:

• Announce a holiday shipping delay: "Due to high volume, deliveries may take 2–3 extra days."
• Link to your returns policy: "Need to return an item? Click here."
• Promote a sale: "Use code TRACK10 for 10% off your next order."
