Translation

The Translation section controls which languages are available on your tracking page. Enabled languages appear in a language switcher that customers can use to view the page in their preferred language.

Add a language

  1. Go to Tracking Page in the left navigation

  2. Find the Translation section

  3. Click Edit

  4. Enable the languages you want to support

  5. Save your changes

English is enabled by default and cannot be disabled.

What gets translated

Translation only applies to preset text on the tracking page — including status labels, button text, and system messages. The following are not translated:

  • Tracking checkpoints — raw carrier event messages are displayed in the language provided by the carrier and are not translated

  • Additional Text — custom content you add in the Additional Text section is only displayed when the page language is set to English. It will not appear when customers switch to other languages

How it works

When multiple languages are enabled, a language switcher appears in the top-right corner of your tracking page. Customers can select their preferred language and the preset page content will update accordingly.
